Ov. Mikhailov, Gelatin-immobilized matrices as a new material for recording absorption spectra of chemical compounds, J ANALYT CH, 54(4), 1999, pp. 320-323
A method of sample preparation for recording electronic absorption spectra
of insoluble chemical compounds is described. This method is based on the i
mmobilization of compounds under study in thin gelatin layers. The method o
ffers some advantages over conventional methods of sample preparation for s
pectroscopic measurements. Sample preparation by the method proposed is des
cribed for a number of inorganic and coordination compounds.
