Abstract
An Eulerian Vlasov gyrokinetic code is developed for the investigation of a plasma in (E) over right arrow x (B) over right arrow flow. The charge sep aration at a plasma-wall transition due to finite ion gyro-radius is studie d. The model is two-dimensional in space and consists of a two-component co llisionless plasma slab.
