Abstract
We describe aleukemic leukemia cutis (ALC) in a 50-year-old woman who presented with numerous skin nodular lesions and lack of peripheral bl ood and bone marrow involvement until late in the evolution of her dis ease. We emphasize the value of immunohistochemical studies to disting uish ALC from cutaneous large cell lymphoma.
