Abstract
The dynamics of the polymer electrolyte polyethyleneglycol (PEG) with LiI a s well as pure PEG is measured at room temperature by inelastic neutron sca ttering, while pure PEG is also investigated by new molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. First results indicate that adding salt to the polymer leads to a slower motion of the hydrogen atoms. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. Al l rights reserved.
