Abstract
The problem of producing high-dispersion iron powders is very complicated b ecause of the fact that these powders are highly pyrophoric and, consequent ly, the number of methods of production of these powders is limited. Anothe r difficulty is that the majority of these methods do not make it possible to vary the properties of microcrystals in the required range and this grea tly restricts the application of powders.
