Abstract
1-(2-Vinyloxyethoxy)-3-amino-2-propanol and 3,6,14, 17-tetraoxa-10-azanonad eca-1,18-diene-8, 12-diol were prepared by reaction of ethylene glycol viny l glycidyl ether with ammonia. The compounds were characterized by IR and H -1 NMR spectroscopy and tested as flotation agents in concentration of lead -zinc sulfide ores and as flocculating agents in gravitational sedimentatio n of excess active slime.
