Abstract
Correlation of the Delta H double dagger and Delta S double dagger val ues for the cycloaddition reaction of 32 meta- and para-Y-substituted alpha,beta,beta-trifluoro-styrenes shows that this reaction with 1,4-b iradicals as its intermediates obeys an isokinetic relationship.
