Nursery pig nutrition has undergone significant improvements in the past 5 years. With the advent of early-weaning procedures, proper nutrition has be come even more important. The early-weaned pig experiences tremendous gastr ointestinal and physiologic change; it is therefore important to match the levels of dietary ingredients with the genetic potential of the animal.
