The ultrasonic velocity and density measurements have been carried out at 2
MH frequency in the binary mixture of ethyl acetate and n-butanol over the
entire range of mole fractions at 30 and 40 degrees C temperature. The Puls
e echo overlap (PEO) technique is used for measuring the ultrasonic velocit
ies (nu). The measured values of velocity and density are utilised to compu
te the thermodynamic parameters such as L-f, V and K-s, for an understandin
g of their intermolecular interaction.
