Abstract
Mobilized peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC) are increasingly being used in stead of bone marrow for allogeneic transplantation. The present article wi ll briefly review important aspects of PBSC mobilization with hematopoietic growth factors and subsequent harvesting of allogeneic PBSC.
