Abstract
Using the symmetrized boson representation technique, concise algebraic exp ressions of the irreducible bases symmetry adapted to the group chain I-h s uperset of C-5 for the fullerene molecules C20H20, C-80, and C-240 are deri ved for the most general cases and those for any specific case can be deriv ed from them easily without a projection procedure.
