This article presents experimental evidence for scaling and data collapse i
n magnetic viscosity. It is demonstrated that, by using appropriate scaling
, the "bell-shaped" viscosity coefficient curves observed for different tem
peratures collapse onto one universal curve. This data collapse reveals a s
elf-similar structure of the viscosity coefficient as a function of two var
iables: magnetic field and temperature. (C) 1999 American Institute of Phys
