Abstract
Ce-doped single crystals of (Lu1-xYx)AlO3 solid solutions (x = 0.15-0.80) o f large size and optical quality were grown using the vertical Bridgman pro cess. Thermal stability of solid solution single crystals increases compare d to that of LuAlO3. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
