Abstract
Single crystals of LaLuO3 doped with Ce3+ and Pr3+ ions were grown by the C zochralski technique. The true crystal composition has been estimated to be (La1-xLux)LuO3, where x is near to 0.06. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. Al l rights reserved.
