Metal structures in quartz crystals were obtained by electrodiffusion in ai
r with different metal sources at the anode. The dynamics and the propertie
s of these structures, for different conditions of temperature, applied ele
ctric field and anode material were studied. Current-voltage characteristic
s, Arrhenius plot, optical microscopy, electronic microscopy and thermolumi
