Abstract
We propose new technique of Ultra-Thin-CDW film formation by using low energy ion beam irradiation. As a result of our investigation, we hav e found collective sliding motion without weak pinning centers. In add ition, the threshold E-th keep constant in wide temperature range up t o Peierls transition temperature.
