Using a millimeter-wave vector network analyzer, we measure the comple
x electrodynamic response of a single crystal of kappa-(BEDT-TTF)(2)Cu
(NCS)(2) in magnetic fields of up to 30 T. Quantum oscillations are cl
early observed by this technique and are compared with Shubnikov-de Ha
as oscillations seen in transport measurements.
