The frequency shifts of the Ag modes, which appear in the infrared con
ductivity of x-(ET)(2)[Cu(NCS)(2)], are due to electron-phonon couplin
g and have been measured by comparing the infrared spectrum with the r
esonant Raman spectrum obtained with an infrared laser. The agreement
with calculated values is very good.
