Abstract
The mixed fullerene/phthalocyaninatometal monolayers were successfully deposited as Y-type films by the vertical lifting method with a trans fer ratio of about unity, although the fullerene monolayers were too s tiff to transfer homogeneous multilayer films onto solid substrates. T he molecular organizations of fullerene and phthalocyaninatometals in the LB films were influenced by center-metal ion species of phthalocya ninatometals. High photocurrent with a short photoresponse time was ob served by the irradiation of UV-Vis:is light to these LB films.
