Abstract
Phytochemistry investigation of the whole plants of Ligularia thyrsoidea, h
as led to the isolation of five new bisabolane sesquiterpenes along with th
ree known compounds. The structures of these new compounds were elucidated
by spectroscopic methods and 2D NMR techniques.
