Recurrent pleural effusion secondary to renal lymphangioma

Lymphangiomas are areas or lymphangioectasia secondary to failure of develo ping lymphatic tissue to establish a normal communication with the remainde r of the lymphatic system. They are usually asymptomatic. We describe a pat ient with recurrent pleural efussion secondary to lymphangioma that present ed as a renal mass.
