Abstract
Two-dimensional subspaces of M-2(K) are here classified up to congruence, K being any field of characteristic 2. This complements the authors' earlier solution of the problem over fields of characteristic not equal = 2. There is again a corresponding conclusion for the structure of a certain class o f local rings.
