Abstract
A premature female infant is described in whom a cystic malformation of the
left lung was observed on the second day of life. A lobectomy was carried
out on day 31 of life, and histological examination revealed congenital pul
monary lymphangiectasis with isolated left upper lobe involvement. (C) 1999
