A relativistic model is developed for the description of the process p+d<--
>He-3+gamma*. It is based on the impulse approximation, but is explicitly g
auge invariant and Lorentz covariant. The model is applied to radiative pro
ton-deuteron capture and electrodisintegration of He-3 nt intermediate ener
gies, Results for cross sections and vector and tensor analyzing powers are
