Abstract
We have investigated the C-18 longitudinal momentum distributions from frag mentation of C-19. calculated in a binary coupling model. We have found tha t inclusion of a low-lying resonance in the C-19, with E-res similar to 0.2 MeV, and sequential decay of this state together with the ant-neutron stri pping process, can simultaneously describe the different fragmentation data measured at intermediate and high projectile energies.
