Abstract
A method, based on ideas from control theory, is described for the synchron ization of discrete time transmitter and receiver dynamics. Conceptually, t he methodology consists of constructing observer-receiver dynamics that exp loit the drive signal and past values of the drive signal at each time inst ant. In this way, the method can be viewed as a dynamic reconstruction mech anism.
