Abstract
A novel synthetic route to cyclic PEEK precursors is described. These new c
yclic oligomers have been prepared from hydroquinone and N-phenyl(4,4'-difl
uorodiphenyl) ketimine. Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of
-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) analysis unambiguously confirmed t
he cyclic nature.
