Abstract
Five novel N,N'-bifunctional Ferrocene macrocyclic dioxotetraamines (IVa si milar to e) were synthesised. The key step for this synthesis is the prepar ation of mono N-functionalized macrocyclic dioxotetraamine (II). The yield of the compound II reached 45%. It provides a simple way for synthesis of N ,N'-bifunctional macrocyclic tetraamines.
