Abstract
Reverse saturable absorption (optical limiting) in liquid crystal composite s based on polyimides and polyvinyl alcohol with added fullerenes was inves tigated at the laboratory level. It was established that laser radiation wa s attenuated tenfold in these structures. The experimental data were compar ed with the transmission of similar systems without fullerene additives.
