Abstract
The reaction of [Li(TMEDA)(2)][1,2,4-SbP2C2Bu2t] 1 with E(S2CNEt2)(2) (E = Se or Te) leads to the chalcogen substituted diphospholes [1,2,4-EP2C2Bu2t] (E = Se 2, E = Te 3).
