Abstract
The os trigonum syndrome is an entity causing posterior ankle pain and occu rs mostly with typical sports activities. Diagnosis and differential diagno sis are presented. Typical complaints and therapeutic procedure are demonst rated in one case. Therapy includes different non-operative methods, resist ance to non-operative procedures is an indication for excision of this ossi cle.
