Abstract
The one-dimensional polymer catena-poly[[aquamanganese(II)-mu-[N-(2-hydroxy ethyl)iminodiacerato]-O-1,O-2,O-N,N:O-1']hydrate],{[Mn-II(Hheidi)(H2O)].H2O }(n) [Hheidi is N-(2-hydroxyethyl)iminodiacetate, C6H9NO5], was synthesized in aqueous solution. The polymeric [Mn-II(Hheidi)(H2O)] segment is totally chiral and is connected into a three-dimensional structure by hydrogen bon ds.
