Abstract
Revascularization of the inferior side of the left ventricle is performed m ost often with aortocoronary free grafts. This article describes a technica l improvement for anatomical fit and gain of length of these grafts by dire cting them to the right side of the heart after a passage behind the inferi or vena cava.
