Abstract
Mathematical models describing the chaotic behaviours in the recently repor ted Twin-T, Wienbridge and family of minimum component electronic chaos gen erators are derived. Nonideal effects of the active element in these circui ts are integrated into analysis where necessary while a two segment piece-w ise-linear approximation of the passive nonlinear voltage controlled resist or characteristics is adopted. The chaotic behaviour is shown to extend to the case where an active nonlinear resistor with odd symmetrical characteri stics is used. Three dimensional chaotic attractors obtained from numerical integrations of the proposed mathematical models are constructed. Demonstr ative recurrence plots are included.
