Abstract
We report a case of dermoid cyst of the Eustachian tube in a 2 1/2-year-old -girl with CT and MRI imaging. This is the 12th described case of such a pa thology. Most of the reviewed previous 11 cases affected females on the lef t side. The surgical approach and the contribution of CT and MRI are discus sed. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
