Abstract
Described here is a unique case of surgical treatment of brachial plexus pa resis in a 63-year-old female patient. The paretic condition was considerab ly improved by excision of a tumor in the upper mediastinum, growing from t he left subclavian artery, and classified as leiomyosarcoma.
