A method for realization of optimal feedback controls in the optimization p
roblem for dynamic systems in the class of bounded controls with bounded de
rivatives is described. This realization is performed by an optimal regulat
or that produces controls in a real time regime that are bounded with respe
ct to their values and derivatives in each specific process of functioning
of the system. The algorithm of work of the optimal regulator is based on s
tepwise refinements of special linear programming problems. The results are
illustrated by examining a control system of the fourth order and are comp
ared with the case of bounded inertia-free controls.
