Abstract
We report the case of a two-year-old girl with end-stage dilated cardiomyop athy who was a status I heart transplant candidate. Partial left ventricule ctomy and novel mitral valve repair were performed. Early hemodynamic and f unctional improvements were maintained at the 18-month follow-up.
