Abstract
We construct an integral representation for the momentum space Green's func tion of a neutron in interaction with a straight current-carrying wire, whi ch is valid for the negative-energy case. The energy eigenvalues and eigenf unctions for the neutron in magnetically bound states are obtained. We poin t out the connection with the positive-energy case that may provide the sca ttering amplitude.
