Abstract
Radiochemical neutron activation analysis has been applied to investigate t he microelements in gold samples with archaeological importance. Chemical s eparation has allowed the determination of traces of Ir, Os, Sb, Zn, Co, Fe , Ni. Instrumental neutron activation analysis has been used for the determ ination of Cu.
