Abstract
Systems based on BaTiO3 with aliovalent substitutions of titanium by niobiu m, tantalum, molybdenum and tungsten have been investigated. The effect of substitution on the microstructure and electrophysical propel ties of ceram ic is shown. Novel compounds with perovskite structure have been synthesize d.
