The material formation conditions in the systems BaO-Sm2O3-nTiO(2) (n=4-5)
and (Ba1-xCax)O-Sm2O3-4.5TiO(2) (where x=0-0.1), and the electrophysical pr
operties of materials were investigated. It was shown that in samarium-cont
aining specimens there are temperature anomalies of permittivity, which mak
e it possible to control the dielectric characteristics of microwave materi
