In PZT-based (Ti/Zr approximate to 0.94) ferroceramics compositions the add
itional 'low-temperature' anomalies on the temperature dependences of the c
omplex dielectric permittivity epsilon(ef)*(T) have been found under interm
ediate and strong ac-fields of low and infralow frequencies. The temperatur
e hysteresis of epsilon(ef)*(T) has been found in the region of the 'low-te
mperature' maximum of epsilon(ef)*(T) It is supposed that two phase transit
ions take place for investigated compositions. The 'low-temperature' phase
transition is held with changing of the concentration ratio of two polar ph
ases. So it was analysed the influence of concentrations of some components
of ferroceramics on the dielectric properties and on the situation of the
