Abstract
We report the synthesis of oriented silica mesostructure films by surfactan ts such as hexadecyl-trimethylammonium bromide (C(16)TMA) or 11-ferrocenylu ndecyl-ammonium bromide (Fe-TMA) surfactant on a sol-gel method by spin coa ting. Xray diffraction of the film showed that the film oriented in a lamel lar, hexagonal or cubic structure, just depending on C(16)TMA's concentrati on. In the case of lamellar oriented film by Fe-TMA, linear temperature dep endent conductivity properties were observed. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Lim ited. All rights reserved.
