Abstract
Photofrin II senzitizer has been excited in the course of the zymosan stimu lated and luminol dependent chemiluminescence of peritoneal macrophages, kn own as respiratory burst. Based on the experimental results the decrease in the radical concentrations under the influence of excited sensitizer has b een calculated. It has been established that the decrease of the free radic al concentrations indicates a direct triplet doublet interaction.
