Abstract
In the present paper we classify rational cuspidal plane curves with maxima l multiplicity deg C - 4 and at least three cusps and chi(Theta(V)[D]) less than or equal to 0 where (V, D) is the minimal (SNC) resolution of (P-2, C ).
