Abstract
Marasmiellus phaeomarasmioides, a new species growing on bark of Junip erus thurifera trees in Spain, is described and illustrated. Besides, it is compared with other related species of subsect. Sphaerosporini S inger, viz. M. guzmanii Singer and M. parlatorei Singer.
