Abstract
Seven novel title compounds (2a similar to g) were synthesized by intramole cular bis-Mannich reaction of 3-aryl-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole, formalin an d s-(-)-alpha-phenylethylamine in the presence of acid. Several conditions have been investigated. These heterocyclic compounds were screened for anti bacterial activities and some possess strong biological activities.
