Y. Yan et al., QUASINUCLEAR N(N)OVER-BAR BOUND-STATES IN THE QUARK ANNIHILATION MODEL, Journal of physics. G, Nuclear and particle physics, 23(5), 1997, pp. 33-40
The spectrum of quasinuclear N (N) over bar bound states is investigat
ed in the framework of a microscopically derived N (N) over bar potent
ial model. The elastic part is the G-parity transform of a one-boson e
xchange NN interaction as defined by the Bonn and Paris potentials. Th
e annihilation part, describing transitions into two- and three meson
final states, is derived from a non-relativistic quark model based on
planar annihilation diagrams including the quark-antiquark P-3(0) dyna
mics. Predictions for the binding energies and the widths of N (N) ove
r bar bound states are presented. Qualitative features of the mass spe
ctra, such as level orderings, are dominated by the meson-exchange par
t of the interaction. The emergence of a J(PC)(I-G) = 2(++)(0(+)) N (N
) over bar State with mass of about 1550 MeV in correspondence with th
e f(2)(1520)/AX is supported by the model predictions.
