Abstract
We describe the appearance of an adrenal neuroblastoma associated with tumo r thrombus occurring in an adult patient. The tumor measured 14 x 12 x 12 c m, showed heterogeneous signal intensity on both T1-weighted and T2-weighte d images, and displayed peripheral nodular enhancement on early post-gadoli nium images, Tumor thrombus was identified within the inferior vena cava, w hich extended into the right atrium, J.
